From large corporations with over 100,000 employees to startups, she has a proven track record in diverse international settings where she performed both onshore and offshore in a diverse set of roles.

Technical Mastery: Samia is a holder of an engineering in operations research degree as well as an MBA. her critical out of the box thinking and pragmatic eye gets her to data sciences, statistical modeling, and Oil & Gas operations. Notably, her insight into new products led to statistical software, reducing field operational time by 90%.

Entrepreneurial Drive: Samia co-founded P and Associates and oversees all facets of the company including financial and accounting management, business management, and client relationships, while also showcasing technical leadership in allocation, test comparison, and uncertainty evaluation.

Research & Innovation: Samia’s international projects, including a three-phase fluid meter device to work in four phases and sand detection methods and, generated over $500,000 in annual sales.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Samia extends her multilingual capabilities to Chinese Mandarin (HSK-4) and Japanese (N-3), enhancing future PandA global collaboration.
