Dr. Craig Marshall

 Dr. Craig earned his Doctor of Engineering degree from Coventry University (UK) in 2020, with a focus on high-viscosity fluids research. Prior to this, he obtained an MSci in Applied Chemistry & Chemical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde (2009), laying a robust foundation in core engineering principles and analytical skills.

Since 2022, Dr. Craig has served as the Director of Friction Flow Measurement Ltd, addressing technical challenges and engineering developments with his consultancy work. His comprehensive technical expertise spans fluid mechanics, project management, and customer consultancy, encompassing various topics within the flow measurement industry.

Previously, Dr. Craig held the role of Product Development Director at McMenon Engineering Services, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s technological landscape and delivering projects with precision and efficiency.

Before that, he was a  Flow Measurement Senior Consultant at TUV SUD National Engineering Laboratory (2009), contributing to large-scale research projects and mentoring new engineers and doctors. Dr. Craig’s expertise in multiphase flow measurement led to his appointment as Chairman of the North Sea Flow Measurement Workshop, a renowned international conference networking oil and gas operators, manufacturers, and regulators.

Dr. Craig has authored over 50 publications and holds several patents in viscous flow measurement. His breadth of knowledge and experience continues to drive innovation and excellence in flow measurement consultancy.
